A creative force for overlooked founders
Based in Peru and working across Latin America, LUCHA acts as an accelerator, a support system, and a creative partner for founders who are too often excluded from traditional investment models. These entrepreneurs are tackling climate change, improving access to essential services, and building inclusive economies. Yet many struggle with low visibility and few opportunities to access the capital required to scale their ideas.
Through coaching, connections, investment readiness, and storytelling, LUCHA helps founders sharpen their vision and grow their reach. Their Historias Luchantes film series brings these stories to life. Honest and rooted in lived experience, the films cut through the noise and create space for new voices, new ideas, and new ways of leading.
Building tools that move money differently
Together, we are supporting LUCHA as they scale two vital investment tools:

Fondo Luchante, an early-stage fund backing the startups that go through LUCHA’s accelerator.

A new loan facility designed specifically for social and environmental entrepreneurs, one of the first of its kind in Peru.
By combining acceleration, capital, and loans, LUCHA offers a one-stop model for impact-first founders. Already, their portfolio companies have reached more than 150,000 beneficiaries and protected over 300,000 hectares of forest.
